Dryer toggle works but throws false error. It's looking for code:200 inb response but not getting it.
temp fix: fire and forget.

Merged into master as 031e34d. Thanks @gangoke — the false 502 was annoying since the dryer toggle actually worked. The fire-and-forget pattern matches what setAutoFeed already does. Ships in 0.9.19.
