Have you seen https://bambuddy.cool/features.html?

They offer integrated slicing via orca slicer API sidecar, and / or Bambu Studio sidecar.

What is the interest in this for KX-Bridge? I would be willing to investigate incorporating this functionality, if it is something that is desired by the community and project owner.

This feature goes far beyond the basic concept of the kx bridge. But I'm planning a standalone fork of Orca Slicer combined with Obicoo and SpoolManager. That will take a while, though. First, I want to make the kx bridge completely bug-free, except for a few minor features.
The remaining features will be implemented in future versions, though.
