0f16f511a9 ENH: support default filament for modifier 
1. set modifier's initial filament index to "default" (0)
2. allow to change modifier's filament index to "default"

af0b3ddb28 Update the codes to 01.01.00.10 for the formal release 
1. first formal version of macos
2. add the bambu networking plugin install logic
