Merged some of the late changes on slicing robustness
from the 1.41.2 (stable) to the current 1.42.0-alpha3
This should fix a number of errors reported (#1562, #1592, #1614, #1633)

WIP: Moved sources int src/, separated most of the source code from Perl.
The XS was left only for the unit / integration tests, and it links
libslic3r only. No wxWidgets are allowed to be used from Perl starting
from now.
