1698802b1e Fix of switching the default print / filament / sla print / sla material 
profiles after switching the technology from FFF to SLA and vice versa.
The solution is to keep the print / filament / sla print / sla material
settings undefined until the particular technology is activated for
the first time. Then the settings name persists indefinitely even
if all the printes for that particular printer technology are deleted.

d6ed85b61f Added _fiction_ resizing for correct MainFrame rendering after DPI changed_object 
+ Added a calculation of a empty bitmaps inside presets in respect to em_unit (to avoid assert)

73a5d7565a Fix of 1.42 beta crash when deleting printer profile created by configuration assistant #1985 
Fixed an issue, where deleting a profile did not correctly update
profile dependences, and deleting a profile would not test dirty status
of depending profiles, which would be switched thus user changes would be lost.

Fixed enabling / disabling the --default FFF-- / --default SLA-- profiles
when deleting the last printer profile.

Little refactoring (don't compare by strings but by symbolic names).

Making a copy of a profile - "Copy" suffix is added to a system profile.

c4aa0f7f36 Introduced the "slice_closing_radius" to define, how large gaps 
will be closed after triangle mesh slicing.
The value is set to 0.049 by default, which corresponds to the hard
coded default in Slic3r-1.41.3.

See issues #520 #820 #1029 #1364 for the reference of why we need
the parameter for being able to print some specific models.

4d456bdba5 Removed display_flip_xy and added display_orientation instead. 
When starting Slic3r and the profile is FDM type than it yields an assertion failure for wx. See Tab::update_page_tree_visibility() line 2371
