Omit blosc packing in deps build
Try to fix patching by reverting to git repos in download steps
Patching does not remove or rename files.

Serialization / deserialization of the DynamicConfig / DynamicPrintConfig.
DynamicPrintConfig serializes ordinal identifiers instead
