the "renamed_from" field as it is specific to a concrete profile.
Prusa Research system profile was annotated with "renamed_from"
to indicate that the PETG profiles were renamed from PET somewhere
after PrusaSlicer 2.2.1 release.
so that the updated bundled profiles may require this version
(2.2.0-alpha3) or newer.
This change is needed for the clients to be forced to update
the configurations to see the print bed, as the print bed model and
image are no more hard coded, but they are referenced from
the vendor specific Preset Bundle.
Bumped up the version number to 2.0.0-rc.
Changed the location of profiles from PrusaSlicer-beta to PrusaSlicer
(that is the location for the released software).
"filament_load_time" and "filament_unload_time" values to match
the MK3 MMU2 behavior.
Emitting of the remaining times into the output G-code was made optional
through a new "remaining_times" configuration value, so the firmware
flavors and versions, which do not know the M73 code, will not complain.
Configuration changes:
The wipe tower default position was shifted inwards after the wipe tower
coordinate reference point was changed from the center to the left front
corner.
Added the "filament_load_time" and "filament_unload_time" values
to the MK3 MMU filament profiles.
Enabled "remaining_times" for the MK2.5, MK3 and MK3MMU2 printers.

Also the bundled config has been updated, so that the machine envelope
G-code values were removed and the new Slic3r printer profile values
were updated with the former G-code values.
Slic3r version has been bumped up to 1.41.0-alpha for the configuration
files to work.
Added Version Index "version" method.
Implemented automatic selection of default_print_profile and
default_filament_profile, when the print / filament profiles are
not compatible with the selected printer profile.
Fixed selection of a printer profile, if the currently selected
printer profile becomes invisible.
